PumaPay is now a Member of EEA

We are proud to announce that we have become a member of the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (EEA) and are part of the Financial Services Special Interest Group (SIG) playing an important role in developing billing and payment taxonomy. We will join forces with other liked minded members to become a governance and standard body for Ethereum’s enterprise applications and help build frameworks and standardizations to support the Ethereum ecosystem.

EEA is the only blockchain trade association connecting Fortune 500 enterprises like Accenture, Microsoft and Santander, startups, and academics with Ethereum subject matter experts. Launched at the end of February 2017, EEA has the purpose to help smooth Ethereum’s road to widespread adoption through educating executives on blockchain use cases.

PumaPay CEO, Yoav Dror, said: “This is an extremely exciting time for PumaPay.  Our product is ready, and we have opened the Business Console for registration so any business wanting to accept cryptocurrencies can now join. Being part of EEA seems the next logical step for us and means that we can play an active role in the build, support and promotion of Ethereum based technology best practices, standards and the reference architecture.”
